Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the music is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the specific license you purchase.

4. User Content

If you submit music or other content to our platform ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
