License Agreement

1. Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Tune Tron Music ("Licensor"), governing your use of audio content ("Music") available through the Tune Tron Music platform.
By downloading, streaming, or otherwise using any Music from our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use our Music.
2. License Types
Tune Tron Music offers various license types based on the Creative Commons licensing framework. Each piece of Music on our platform is clearly labeled with its specific license type. The main license types we offer are:
2.1 CC BY (Attribution)
This license allows you to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the Music, even commercially, as long as you credit the original creator. This is the most accommodating of licenses offered.
2.2 CC BY-SA (Attribution-ShareAlike)
This license allows you to remix, adapt, and build upon the Music, even commercially, as long as you credit the original creator and license your new creations under identical terms. All new works based on the original will carry the same license.
2.3 CC BY-NC (Attribution-NonCommercial)
This license allows you to remix, adapt, and build upon the Music non-commercially. Although your new works must also acknowledge the original creator and be non-commercial, you don't have to license your derivative works on the same terms.
2.4 CC BY-ND (Attribution-NoDerivatives)
This license allows for redistribution, commercial and non-commercial, as long as it is passed along unchanged and in whole, with credit to the original creator.
2.5 CC BY-NC-SA (Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike)
This license allows you to remix, adapt, and build upon the Music non-commercially, as long as you credit the original creator and license your new creations under identical terms.
2.6 CC BY-NC-ND (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives)
This is the most restrictive of the Creative Commons licenses, allowing only downloading and sharing with attribution, without commercial use or modification.
2.7 CC0 (Public Domain)
This license waives all rights to the work worldwide under copyright law. You can copy, modify, distribute, and perform the work, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission.
3. Attribution Requirements
For all licenses that require attribution (all except CC0), you must provide the following information when using our Music:
- Title of the Music
- Name of the original artist
- Link to the original Music on Tune Tron Music (when possible)
- Indication of the type of license the Music is under
Example attribution: "[Title]" by [Artist] from Tune Tron Music, licensed under [License Type].
4. Commercial Use
Commercial use is defined as any use of the Music primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
Licenses that permit commercial use: CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BY-ND, and CC0.
Licenses that do not permit commercial use: CC BY-NC, CC BY-NC-SA, and CC BY-NC-ND.
If you wish to use Music with a non-commercial license for commercial purposes, you must purchase an extended commercial license directly from Tune Tron Music or the original creator.
5. Modification Rights
Modification includes editing, remixing, sampling, or otherwise altering the original Music.
Licenses that permit modification: CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BY-NC, CC BY-NC-SA, and CC0.
Licenses that do not permit modification: CC BY-ND and CC BY-NC-ND.
6. Prohibited Uses
Regardless of the license type, the following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Music in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Using the Music in connection with defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
- Claiming copyright or ownership of the original Music
- Redistributing the Music as stock music or as part of a music library
- Using the Music in a trademark or logo
- Using the Music in a way that suggests endorsement or sponsorship by the artist or Tune Tron Music
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The license granted for each piece of Music continues in perpetuity, provided you comply with all terms of this Agreement and the specific license associated with the Music.
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Music and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE MUSIC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR TUNE TRON MUSIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MUSIC OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MUSIC.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tune Tron Music, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to This Agreement
Tune Tron Music reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Music after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. The most current version will always be available on our website.
